2. For what purpose do we process your data?
At EXPOURENSE, we treat the data you have provided us with the following purposes:

b) Send promotional and / or advertising information about our rooms and the activities we carry out even by electronic means.
c) Provide help and resolve your queries through the Forms included in the salons’ websites, so we will contact you at the phone and / or email you have provided.
d) Register your email to receive the newsletter that we periodically deliver to our clients, only if you have expressly requested it.
e) Management, where appropriate, of our contractual relationship including the processing of the request for participation and the corresponding participation contract, management of invoices and payments, monitoring of payments in case these have not been made effective on the agreed date, loyalty as a customer and conducting service quality surveys.
f) In order to be able to offer you products and / or services in accordance with your interests and improve your user experience, we will prepare a commercial customer profile based on the information provided. In no case will automated decisions be made based on said profile.
g) Maintenance of data deletion / cancellation lists in case you have exercised your right to cancel your data. These data will be kept blocked and with restricted access during the minimum legal period established.

3. How long will we keep your data?

b) When EXPOURENSE provides a service through a third-party provider company, your data will be communicated to this company, with a strict obligation of confidentiality and prior formalization of the corresponding service provision contract between the Data Controller (EXPOPURENSE) and the Treatment Manager (supplier company).
c) For the subscribers of the newsletter, the data will not be transferred, it will be processed by a third company that is the one who manages the newsletter, with which the due contract for the provision of services has been signed as in charge of the Treatment.

In this sense, most of our suppliers and collaborators are within the EEA (European Economic Area).
